SPARTAK National Sport Base
The town of Sozopol is situated on two picturesque peninsulas on the south coast of the big bay of Burgas. It is situated 35 km southeast of Bourgas, 421 km from Sofia and 3 km northeast of the international road E-87 for the Republic of Turkey.
The climate here is of the Mediterranean type with a long and warm summer, and a mild autumn. The average air temperature during the summer months is 24-29оC, and the average water temperature is 19-26оC, which guarantees between 8 and 11 sunny hours per day! This makes the Sozopol region one of the sunniest in Bulgaria and allows for sun and sea baths from May to October. The light sea breeze in the late afternoon makes the air even fresher, and the nights cooler. The sea is slightly salty, warm and safe – there are no dangerous fish and sea animals.
In the immediate vicinity of Sozopol there are some popular camps – Gradina, Zlatna Ribka, Kavatsi, Smokinya.
Here you can indulge in both relaxing sea holiday and entertainment. There are many restaurants, bars and discos available to the thousands of Bulgarian and foreign tourists.
Sozopol offers an unforgettable vacation, which can be varied with the events taking place here. Each year in September Sozopol hosts the Apollonia Festival of Arts and the recently organized SOZOPOL FEST, SOZOPOL ROCK FEST, youth and various other festivals.
Sozopol has convenient transport at every half an hour to and from Bourgas, and after a nearly 20-year break, this summer the comet boat trips were resumed – they sail every day on the Sozopol – Nessebar – Varna route. In Sozopol there are also mini trains that connect the town with the camps around it.
NSB Spartak in Sozopol at 2 Odessa Str. is located only 300 meters from the beach and is open all year round.
Spartak National Sports Base was built in 1972.
The complex has its own park, covered with green lawns, decorative shrubs and trees. It provides all the conditions for a pleasant stay combined with peace, quiet and clean sea air in the preparation of national, club teams and tourists.
In the immediate vicinity of the hotel is the Municipal Stadium with a standard size football grass field, as well as a swimming pool with dimensions 25/12 metres.

Hotel 2 has:
- 2 apartments with a bedroom and 2 single beds
- 5 rooms with bedrooms
- 8 rooms with 2 single beds
- 6 rooms with 3 single beds
- 2 rooms with a bedroom and 2 single beds
The rooms have a private bathroom, cable TV, minibar, air conditioning, cable internet and a large common terrace on the 2nd floor with 5 barbeques.
There is a restaurant with 200 seats.
Facilities
Hall 1 – designed for gymnastics, ballet and dancing with barres and mirrors, with dimensions 8x5x3 m and with elastic rubber flooring.
Hall 2 – with dimensions 12х9х4 m and is designed for lifting weights and fitness, the flooring is also made of elastic rubber.
Hall 3 – a multifunctional hall for rhythmic gymnastics and training in martial sports, boxing, wrestling, judo and sports dances. The flooring is also made of elastic rubber with dimensions 24х21х6 m.
2 volleyball and basketball courts of standard sizes that allow for futsal training.

In the NSB Spartak training courses on underwater diving are carried out.
